Guys, after 10 years of living here, I can tell you something, should have tried this before :D
500 gr of ground beef
6-7 medium patatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
Red pepper in powder,
6 big tomatoes blended
chopped 2 -4 garlic cloves, diced and smashed
1 -2 tablespoon chopped parsley
olive oild, salt, oregano, pepper
Bon Apettit
Start by frying the onions, till they get a red colour, add the farlich and let them there for few minutes.

Start by frying the onions, till they get a red colour, add the farlich and let them there for few minutes.
Add the meat to the pot and keep on mixing
when the meat is slightly fried, add the tomatoes into the potand let them boil for 10 min
once the 10 minutes have passes, add the patatoes
the goulash should boil for at least 1 hour to a medium fire.
the best thing of it is that the next day its taste is even better
